Loyalty Program Support Associate

Outsite Networks has an immediate opening for a highly motivated and dedicated customer service professional. This position supports existing clients and is critical to ensuring client retention and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage customer rewards programs
  • Handle customer calls and emails
  • Provide reporting and quality control on programs
  • Ensure satisfaction of customers
  • Miscellaneous and admin duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School diploma required; AA degree in Business or Marketing a plus
  • 2-5 years experience in customer service or related field
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills
  • High Attention to Detail
